What stood behind the project and which decisions shaped it.
Club members are often on a plane or out of coverage. The app accepts a request offline and delivers it to the operators the moment a connection appears. The member does not think about the network — only about the task.
A service and form builder in the admin panel lets new request types go live the same day. Previously that required shipping a new app version to the stores.
Response time, share of closed requests and the interests of individual members turn concierge work from a craft into a managed process.
