GetBack

An ecosystem for mutual aid and corporate volunteering. A person or an organisation posts a request for help and people nearby respond: geo-tagging, a map, filters, chats, confirmation of completion and photo reports. Moderation runs through a closed CRM.

The thinking behind it

What stood behind the project and which decisions shaped it.

Help should be specific

You can help with more than money. The map shows requests within a chosen radius, so taking part becomes a concrete action near home rather than an abstract gesture.

Corporate volunteering as a process

A company registers a project, employees join, the organiser marks who actually turned up. Volunteering stops being a one-off event and becomes a programme that can be managed.

The loop of help closes

Response, chat, completion, confirmation from the person who was helped, and a report in stories. A volunteer sees the result of taking part instead of sending a request into the void.

Digital infrastructure for small organisations

Small NGOs cannot afford development. The platform gives them tools that used to be available only to large foundations.
